Nevada City Film Festival Sponsorship Proposal

Overview • Design a promotional sponsorship brochure for the Nevada City Film Festival using their current branding guide and provided content. The Nevada City Film Festival is an annual film festival up in the little town of Nevada City. It was voted as one of the top 50 film festivals in the country, but as with many creative festivals, they depend heavily on sponsorships provided by companies and individuals from around the country. I was provided with the task to design a brochure highlighting important details about the festival and how the reader can help.

Solution • Given the established logos, color palette, and typography palette I wanted to create a series of experiences for the reader through this brochure. By designing in “snapshots”, strategically rearranging and highlighting content, the brochure tells the reader a story of the Nevada City Film Festival, ending with opportunities to support the festival. The systematic use of full-bleed color and imagery forces your eyes to follow along.
